Ground-floor window cleaning
Each visit covers the glass, the screen, and the track and sill. Interior panes are wiped on any story we can reach while standing in the room, including upstairs bedrooms. Exterior work stays on the ground floor: ranches, first-story openings, walk-out sliders, and storefront glass.
Second-story exterior glass is quoted one property at a time. We look at the height, the ground under the opening, and whether the pane can be reached without a risky climb. High-rise buildings are outside this service. If a tall exterior does not fit, the interior side is still cleaned and the quote names what was left off.
Screens are washed and reset in the same opening. Tracks and sills are vacuumed, then wiped, and labels on new glass come off only when they release without a scratch. We bring our own squeegees, scrapers, cloths and solutions.
Post-construction cleanup
Sweeping a new build pushes drywall dust from casings to cabinet boxes, baseboards, and supply vents. Paint specks mark the floor and the hardware. Stickers stay on the range, the fixtures, and the glass. We book that reset after the work is finished, not while mud is still wet.
Homeowners call after a remodel or an addition. Builders, contractors, and realtors call for a walkthrough, listing photos, or a closing. Commercial build-outs fit too: a small office, a shop, or a lobby. A later repeating visit is commercial cleaning, for offices and retail spaces.
A typical visit includes:
- Drywall dust on trim, baseboards, cabinets, and reachable shelves
- Paint specks, where they release without harming the finish
- Stickers and labels on windows, appliances, and fixtures
- Sinks, faucets, and hardware
- Floors vacuumed and mopped after the grit is up
- Windows, tracks, and sills, plus vents and return grilles
Dumpster hauling, lumber, and anything hazardous are not included. If compound is soft or paint is tacky, schedule us after it cures, and mention if power or water is still off.

Do you clean interior and exterior windows? Yes. Interior glass on every floor we can reach from inside the room is part of the visit. Exterior glass is planned for the ground floor. Higher exterior openings are quoted only after we understand the access.
Do you take two-story or high-rise exterior windows? Two-story exterior work is reviewed one property at a time and priced only when the access is reasonable. We do not clean high-rise buildings, and we do not promise ladder work on a pane we have not assessed.
What is included in post-construction cleaning? Dust from drywall, paint specks, sticker and label removal, fixtures, floors, windows, and vents. The visit fits remodels, new builds, builder and contractor handoffs, realtor prep, and commercial build-outs after the heavy debris is gone.
Who usually books a construction clean? Homeowners after a remodel, builders and contractors closing out a site, and realtors preparing a showing or a closing. The scope is the same whoever calls.
How do you charge for windows and post-construction cleanup? By window count and by job size. Screens, tracks, and exterior glass above the first floor change the number. We do not post flat prices. Ask for a free quote and include photos if you have them. The estimate costs nothing.
