In and Out Cleans began in Pendleton, Indiana, in 2022 as a woman-owned cleaning business, built on a simple idea: show up when we say we will, clean to a written checklist, and pick up the phone when people call. Our crews now look after houses, vacation rentals and workplaces around the region, from Indianapolis and the Hamilton County suburbs to Anderson, Muncie, Greenfield and Bloomington.

We're hosts too
We run short-term rentals of our own, which means we've lived through the turnover grind firsthand. We know the feeling of a guest checking in at 4 p.m. while the last one checked out at 11. We know what a single missed hair on a pillowcase does to a review, and what happens when the coffee pods run out on a Saturday night.
That experience shapes how we clean for other hosts. Our team now turns over more than 120 Airbnbs and other short-term rentals in Central Indiana. A turnover can cover laundry, restocking, setting the rooms up the way your listing photos show them, and a photo report of any damage. We also sell linen sets and restock packages, so hosts can get their sheets, towels and supplies from the same team that cleans the place.

Our own supplies. Every crew carries its own products and equipment. Want a specific brand used? Just say so.
