Airbnb Cleaning in Pendleton & Anderson, Indiana
This is our home turf. In and Out Cleans is based in Pendleton, a short drive from Anderson, and we clean more than 120 Airbnbs and short-term rentals across Central Indiana, from Indianapolis to Bloomington, Muncie, Kokomo and West Lafayette. We're locally owned, licensed and insured. Rentals here don't run on a convention calendar like downtown Indianapolis. Guests come for Anderson University family weekends, racing nights at Harrah's Hoosier Park, the Little 500 on Memorial Day weekend, Mounds State Park, and small-town weekends in Pendleton.
We host short-term rentals ourselves, so we've been on the other side of an 11am checkout and a 4pm check-in. Being local means we're close when a guest leaves late or a last-minute booking comes in.
"In and Out Cleans does our short term rental in Pendleton and we constantly get feedback on how clean our house is! They do an excellent job!" — Airbnb host, Pendleton IN

Where we clean
Pendleton
The historic downtown and the blocks around Falls Park, newer neighborhoods like The Ridge at Fall Creek, and homes along State Road 38 and I-69 Exit 219.
Anderson
Near Anderson University on the east side, the older homes of the West Central Historic District, downtown near the Paramount Theatre, the area out toward Mounds State Park, and rentals convenient to Harrah's Hoosier Park and I-69.
What drives bookings here
The Anderson University calendar
Commencement in May and Homecoming & Family Weekend in the fall fill nearby rentals with parents, grandparents and alumni. These are short stays with lots of guests and tight turnaround. Send us those dates early and we'll hold the slots.
Racing nights at Hoosier Park
Harrah's Hoosier Park runs live harness racing for most of the year, plus a casino that draws visitors year-round. Guests who come for a night out often book one- and two-night stays, which means more turnovers per month.
Memorial Day weekend
The Little 500 sprint-car race runs at Anderson Speedway on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, the day before the Indy 500. That stacks two big race days on one weekend for Central Indiana hosts. Talk to us before May.
Outdoor guests at Mounds State Park
The park's Adena-Hopewell earthworks, trails and White River views bring hikers and campers, and their muddy boots. We plan for extra floor and entryway time on outdoor-heavy stays.
Pendleton weekends
The Fall Creek Heritage Fair and the downtown Pendleton Fall Festival take over town the Friday and Saturday after Labor Day and draw well over ten thousand visitors. Add small weddings at the Red Barn in Falls Park from spring through fall, and Pendleton rentals see busy weekends of their own.
What's included in every turnover
- Full clean of the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas
- Fresh linens and towels, laundered on-site or swapped
- Restocking of paper goods, soaps, coffee and dish supplies
- Need linens or supplies? We sell linen sets and restock packages, so you don't have to shop between guests.
- Staging to match your listing photos
- Damage and left-behind-item reporting with photos
- Supply-level alerts before you run out
- Hard-water spot treatment on faucets and shower glass (Madison County water is very hard, and guests notice)
Every clean is checklist-based, so the standard doesn't depend on who was scheduled that day.
Same-day turnovers
An 11am checkout and 4pm check-in leave a five-hour window, laundry included. Because we're based in Pendleton, Pendleton and Anderson rentals are some of the closest properties we clean. Last-minute request? We call back within 5 minutes, any time of day.
