The turnover checklist
A guest-ready unit comes down to the same list every time. Our cleaners work through it room by room, so a three-bedroom flip on a packed Saturday gets the same care as a quiet weeknight studio.
Kitchen: counters, sink, stovetop, microwave and appliance fronts wiped down, trash and recycling taken out.
Bathrooms: toilet, tub or shower, vanity and mirror scrubbed, with fresh towels set out.
Bedrooms and living areas: beds made up with clean sheets, surfaces dusted, floors vacuumed and mopped.
Laundry: sheets and towels washed and dried in your unit, or swapped for a clean set.
Restocking: toilet paper, paper towels, soap, coffee and dish supplies topped off from your stock or ours.
Staging: pillows, throws and guest amenities placed to match your listing photos.
Photo report: pictures of the finished unit, plus anything broken, stained or left behind.

Check the photos. When the unit is ready, the photo report shows you how it looks, along with any damage, missing items or low supplies.

How much does a turnover cost? Each turnover has a flat price based on bedrooms, bathrooms and the laundry setup. Send us those details and we'll quote within 24 hours.
Can you turn a unit over on the same day? Yes. Flips between a morning checkout and an afternoon check-in are most of our rental work.
Will you use the washer and dryer at my rental? Yes, if the unit has them. We can also bring a clean set of linens instead. Let us know your setup when you book.
What if a guest leaves damage behind? We photograph it and send the pictures right away, before the next guest checks in, so you have them for a claim with Airbnb or VRBO.
Do you clean VRBO and Furnished Finder rentals too? Yes. Airbnb, VRBO, Furnished Finder and direct-booking rentals all get the same checklist.
How do your cleaners get in? Most hosts use a door code or lockbox. Add it to your booking details and we'll use it for each turnover.
